My is the owner and sole hair cutter at this neighborhood spot. She’s been cutting hair for decades and has been on 9th Ave for 20 years. My longish hair is hard to cut as evidenced by the numerous poor cuts I’ve had at Rudy’s and other spots. My gave me the best cut I’ve had for a LONG time!! All for 1/2 the price of other places ($30). She listened to what I wanted and more importantly was able to do it!! Highly recommend Royal Cuts in Highland Park.
What great place! Great barber Mai. She is experienced with all types of hair. Best cut I have ever had. Reasonable pricing and you should pay in cash with a great tip!! You will not be disappointed!
I cut my own hair for the past 10 years and was hesitant to go to a hairstylist, but I’m glad I did! She fixed my mullet with a side fade so quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Super affordable so tip big when you go! Thanks, MY TRAN!
