Last week I had the pleasure of receiving an epic massage from Andrew Bailey! I've been experiencing more tension and pain this year than most, Andrew was able to work with me and my body very intuitively. This is a quality I've been seeking in a bodywork professional for quite some time and I'm so happy to have had that expectation met and exceeded working with Andrew. During our session Andrew was communicative, letting me know his own experience of my tension (educational for me!) and monitoring my comfort with his pressure level throughout. Since my massage, my body feels reset. This has helped to create more ease in my day-to-day life and allowed me to find more balance in my own self-care routines, including getting back into regular stretching. I am rejuvenated and inspired by our session to book another massage with Andrew asap! My experience with Rise Up Therapeutic Massage was all I had hoped for and more, I am feeling grounded and full of gratitude for the care I received. Katy is such an attentive listener, engages thoroughly to work out the best massage to give and consistently checks to see if the amount of pressure feels right, during the massage. Communication is often overlooked in other places I've visited but conversation with Katy is fluid and engaging and my 90 minutes just flew by. This is the first massage I've had, where my body felt completely loose and relaxed after (and the headache I had been suffering with, also disappeared!) - it's all made such a difference, that I've already booked up for more sessions!
Katy is incredible!! I have never had someone work on my body so intricately. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. My body feels relaxed and balanced after seeing her. I look forward to returning and will recommend her to my friends/family! �
