As a personal trainer Michele McCauley is an incredibly positive and encouraging person and I enjoy our sessions immensely- she’s great at helping you find the point of growth while also staying attuned to your body’s cues (which is especially helpful for someone like me who isn’t an athlete, and who really struggles with body awareness due to trauma). Very body-positive and focused on increasing functionality and meeting you where you’re at, I would recommend Michele many times over!
