My husband and I received a gift certificate from our kids to go here. We planned a date night/day for Seattle and booked an appointment for 2 scrub, mud, shower, lotion massages. Theo was amazing!! She was very warm and inviting. Asked questions about what we wrote on our forms before she started and made sure we were comfortable. Very professional and she is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for any type of body services!Also want to note that Jazmin the receptionist is so kind as we had a couple of hiccups when booking and with our appointment but she worked with me with understanding and the utmost kindness. I had the best manicure with Grey! I am an avid picker of hangnails and we talked about ways to help me break the habit and he appraoched me with a non-judgemental place to support my journey. I've been to so many other places that laugh or say how ugly my nails are and I have never felt more comfortable with a technician. I loved it so much I bought a membership. Thank you Grey for making customers feel and look their best, no matter what their journey may be!
Got a membership to pop in whenever I get a chance. So far very great, even when the one time my gel mani was messed up real bad, I was able to come in and get it fixed. Grey did a great job and before that Derry(sp?). I will be coming and keeping my membership. Next time would try the massage and facial treatments next.
