I had a fantastic experience with Andrew from Raymark Plumbing! He arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient. From the start, he walked me through everything he was going to do and explained how he was going to do it. Unlike other contractors I've worked with, Andrew remained neutral during the evaluation and didn't waste time critiquing previous work. Throughout the job, he checked in with me, especially halfway through, giving me multiple options on how to proceed with my sewer scope and repair. He explained the pros and cons of each choice, which helped me feel confident in making the best decision. Easy to contact, schedule, and work with on site. Respectfully offered to come days earlier than scheduled for a one day job, did great work inside of 2 hours, and payment processing was hassle free.
These guys were great, even when faced with unexpected circumstances. We were having a mains line fixed (failed short section of steel, right after meter replacement), when it was discovered that we also had a short section of plastic (about 10'), in addition to the short section of steel connected just a few feet from the meter (why in the world they ran copper -- steel -- short_plastic_section -- copper_rest_of_run_to_house_hookup is WAY beyond comprehension). Turned out the plastic had a big bend (also for reasons no one could figure, it was a straight run up the front of the property, no large trees, etc.), that they didn't discover until trying to back-feed the new pipe over the old. This necessitated a short horizontal drilling section, which they covered, on the original estimate. I'd use this outfit again in a heartbeat, given my experience on this.
