Karen Lucas LMHC has been providing Somatic and Trauma informed therapy for individuals and couples on Capitol Hill for over 16 years. Helping clients have the healthy, thriving relationships they want. Treating the body with the brain in mind to regulate the body's responses to be present in the moment may help decrease anxiety and depression. Jonathan Gissel LAc. offers acupuncture, CranioSacral therapy, and Total Body Modification. What is TBM? TMB helps by resetting the neurological response to give your body the choice how respond to the current experience. Updating the pain points of the past to neutral, “That was then, this is now” is the definition of functional physiology TBM (in an acupuncturist practice).
