They are terrible at keeping appointments and send you away even though you have a confirmed appointment. Nothing but excuses. There are plenty of great places to go in Seattle that will treat you with respect and professionalism. Skip this tacky place.

The disrespectful nature and duty of care for clients by office staff is reprehensible. I found out today that any disagreement about product selection such as xeomin vs botox is written up as a negative experience in dealing with the client and noted in chart notes. I specified that I preferred Botox and that is what I wanted and not Xeomin back in 2020 at an appointment and found out today when trying to make a surgery appointment with Dr. Santos that my notes contained negative interaction with the staff. I went to see Dr. Santos with my husband about a neck lift after a cervical fusion procedure with another surgeon caused some laxity in the area. Online on the price... read full review

I had a wonderful experience with Darya and received by 34 units of Botox. Before we began Darya spoke with me on results I was hoping to to gain from this and what areas i wanted to treat. Then she gave me her feedback and explained how many units in each area I would be receiving. I highly recommend Darya! She's fantastic!
