Suraj came over for a consultation when I was considering adding an expansion to our existing heat pump system. He was polite, knowledgable, and honest, and ended up advising against expansion, and didn't charge me for the visit. Thank you!
We had a great experience with Progressive Comfort Solutions. We wanted to replace our gas furnace with a heat pump for our 1960's house. Suraj and his team were a delight to work with. From the very beginning, they gave us confidence in their expertise. They were one of three companies that we received quotes from. The first said they would not recommend a heat pump for our house since the ducts were not large enough for a heat pump to be effective. The second contractor proposed a combination of a heat pump and a new gas furnace. I would like to recommend Progressive Comfort Solutions for installation of a heat pump in an older home. We talked with three companies about installation of a heat pump, and by far, Progressive Comfort Solutions was the most knowledgeable, both in terms of equipment options and installation options. The team worked very quickly and was very unobtrusive. Once the installation was complete, they made sure that we knew how to operate the system. When we had questions in the next few days after installation, they were very responsive. We are very happy with our new system and with the experience. We would highly recommend Progressive Comfort Solutions.
