Absolute best service!!!!!! Now I prefer when Kim is there, but everyone there is great! I am treated with great care each time I come in. Polished Boutique has set the bar so high that I have the worst experience going to any other nail spa. Even when I’ve had a problem, it is addressed with honesty and genuine care. If you need help picking out a color, Kim knows what color goes with each skin tone and will pick out the perfect colors for you! She always makes sure that when you come in for your appt time, YOU ARE SEATED AND WORKED ON almost immediately.

We have been coming to Polished for years and always get the queen treatment and exceptional pedis and manis. Carol is the most fabulous hostess and always makes us feel pampered and cared for.

My favorite nail salon!! All the nail techs are amazing and always get my nails and toes right. Carol and Kim are also wonderful at the front desk!! They’re so welcoming and helpful every time.
