Moved our items from Germany to US. They were the contractors stateside to move it from the storage. Their “professional” crew was not able to assemble anything. They said a “super professional” with expertise in assembling will come in later to do the assembly. Well they haven’t. And our house is littered with unassembled furniture. Contacting them hasn’t helped and they keep promising someone will come in when no one shows up.

Bill of lading was not provided by either pioneer or by the contractors who handled my shipment in Hawaii. Now I have a motorcycle on island that I cannot register because I do not have proof of the date of arrival. I've tried multiple times to contact pioneer vanlines 2 days in a row and get nothing but voice mails. Sorry it had to come to this but you are sh*t company.
