Really appreciate this place, I've gone several times for pedicures and always enjoy my time and the service! I have had two appointments now where I've needed to change something- like seeing if they could squeeze my mom in for a pedi at the same time as me, or my friend needing to cancel their appointment with me at the last minute due to an emergency- and they have been so accommodating and kind! I love how my toes look and feel pampered but mostly, I have really appreciated the great customer service and flexibility that they provide.
Pink Polish is my favorite nail place in Seattle, I've tried about 4 other places and I always go back to pink polish. Their inside is soo nice, very luxurious feeling space. They also have a parking lot which I really appreciate, never have to worry about parking. It's also really close to the Ballard shops like Sephora and Trader Joe's which I enjoy. They always offer drinks which adds to the service including free mimosas. The people are also always the nice, from the people at the front desk who check you in and call you to confirm times to the nail people. My friend and I tried to book similar times but I was doing a pedi and mani and she was just doing a pedi so I booked for an earlier slot and came in and said that my friend had an appointment about 20 minutes later and if it would be possible for us to sit together and they quickly set that up. Another nice thing they do is when you book pedicure and manicure at the same time they work on your hands and feet at the same time which is really nice and efficient. My other fav thing about pink polish is that you can book times through the website, I much prefer that over calling and booking -- way faster. I've been here so many times before but wanted to shout them out this time because they killed it with my nails. I wanted to do a fruity design for my birthday and needless to say the girl who did it, killed the design, it looks just like the example photo I showed here. Thank you so much!!
