David was so helpful! He completed our inspection and got the report to us very quickly. He also answered all of our questions (as first time home buyers we had a lot) and even took the time to give us pointers on improvements we can make. He was even willing to answer more questions I had a week later.

We had our home inspected after we purchased, David was great, did a thorough inspection and recommended other specific items we should do (like a sewer scope) for preventative measures due to the age of our house. Answered all our questions (and there were quite a few) and was responsive to emails after we received the report and had further questions. The information he gave us (report, summary, and info sheets) were great resources and gave us a "to-do" list of sorts we will use in the coming months/ years.
