I came in for a facial and pedi and both were fantastic!!! Ask for Caroline!! I never really leave reviews but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and she was super attentive to the areas that needed extra love on my face. After our session she came out and found us at the Fairmont bar to deliver my receipt and also checked to make sure I got validated (which I had completely forgotten about!) Her facial massage and technique was great and I left feeling so relaxed and my skin feeling ultra smooth. I got two excellent, custom massages from Tia on a recent visit to Seattle. I've had vexing, chronic pain in my L shoulder for over two years. I've had PT, acupuncture, massage, strength training, basically the works. Tia put in extra time on my shoulder and it's feeling better than it has ever since the original strain to my rotator cuff more than two years ago. My pain is 99% resolved at this point.
