I used the sausage casings from long time 7 , 8 years making Bulgarian salami-sujuk they are the best on the market! Just forgot to mention the lady from the front desk was so helpful!

This sausage casing product is by far the best I have ever used....first quality casing and packaging.....I have never had one of these casing rupture....Additionally these people are the best....when Amazon had delivery problems they shipped directly to me in time to process my meat without delay!!!
