They are a good company with great customer service. Jordan and Ozzy were top notch,reliable, professional and skilled technicians. We’ve had them out to replace a water heater and other plumbing needs, and it’s always been a good experience.
I called O’Neill to help with some low pressure issues. They were on time, quick to resolve, great communication explaining service, left everything better than they found, and the fees charged were very reasonable. As they left, all I could think was why didn’t I call them earlier. Highly recommend and will definitely hire them again.
