Unlike the sales pitch, they have not ever "monitored" for problems. I have always had to notify them that my system had problems. Then wait weeks for a solution (The latest problem has been going on for almost 2 months).
Omnidian has to be the worst monitoring service. EverBright installed my system and this company is supposed to help keep it functioning. They notified me through email that communication with my system is down.
I lease this system at my home.
They continue to send emails for ME to go and look at the system and tell them what is wrong….
I have explained to them I am disabled and also unwilling to do the troubleshooting for them. My contract states that someone will come and service the leased equipment. They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls.
