I was notified my solar panels were not communicating with the "mother ship" so the rep walked me through resetting my system. This was probably due to a recent power outage. It only took 5 minutes to reset.
This solar provider goes above and beyond to make sure to make things right. They picked up my service from Direct Energy and handled the very complex service request professionally.

During this period our roof has been leaking for over a year. It should be noted our roof is ONLY leaking from where the solar panels were installed. I’ve been told by multiple contractors the parts that don’t have solar panels have 20 years of life left.***Update: The Customer Service department has reached out and is moving quickly to get the roof serviced.
