Customer service is an absolute nightmare, especially if you're unlucky enough to be given a used serial number. I purchased a Dragon upgrade from Knowbrainer, and Nuance provided them a used serial number, so I can not activate my $350 upgrade. Knowbrainer can do nothing about it because it's Nuance who provides the serial number. I called Nuance, and they denied all responsibility and claimed they had no records of my purchase. After sending them the needed documentation, they said I'll have to wait 24 to 48 business HOURS to process my documents.
