I am writing to warn disabled patients of my decision to cancel any upcoming appointments at this facility due to concerns about the staff's behavior and ignorance regarding service dogs. During my recent visit to schedule an appointment, I experienced discomfort as multiple staff members intruded into my personal space to interact with my service dog. I explained that such actions are not only illegal but also hinder the dog's ability to perform its duties. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging their error and apologizing, the staff members reacted dismissively. This lack of awareness and professionalism, especially in a medical setting, is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for ADA regulations and the needs of patients with service animals.

Dr. Jin is amazing!!! Working with Dr. Jin for my pelvic floor problem (I don't want to go into details) changed my life. She is an extremely caring, thoughtful & compassionate person. You can tell she loves what she does. She is always so positive & happy which helped my rehab process quite a bit. I always look forward to my appointments with her because she made me feel comfortable & well cared for. Also, she always takes her time to explain which I appreciated a lot. You will love Dr. Jin! I love her, I've told all my friends & family about how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Jin :)

My experience with "Marti" has been wonderful. I had surgeries on my right shoulder and my left knee, which was challenging in so many ways, but Marti has worked with me to make me better. She is professional, courteous, kind, thoughtful and respectful along with making me better after a very long and painful recuperation.
