I have been a customer of Northeast veterinary Hospital for three years now and feel very lucky to have my dog in their care. From the front office staff to the vet techs, to the veterinarians, everyone has been incredibly patient, kind & thorough. During the early days of COVID, this entire organization pivoted in every way they could to keep themselves, owners & pets safe. They managed huge volumes of phone calls, lots of new COVID pets, and I'm sure huge amounts of stress. New procedures for check in, short staffing, and grumpy customers-- but they endured and did their best to juggle a very challenging time.

Great care, great staff, great doctors, great environment, great parking,.. I could go on, but I won’t. Suffice to say that I have never felt that my pets were in better hands. They’re great!
Our cat had a little lump on his skin near the left shoulder. We made an appointment online, super easy. Dr. C and vet tech were both super professional and kind to us and gentle with our kitty. The diagnosis was quick (Dr is very experienced!) and the issue was resolved right then and there. Kitty also got a complimentary nail trim before we left. No stress and no fear! The bill was super reasonable. Thank you.
