We have had the privilege of working with NOR on two major remodels. The first was a kitchen, and the second—our most recent project—was nothing short of a complete transformation. When we began, our home was in very poor shape. The mechanical systems were failing, the structure was tired, and the spaces were no longer livable. NOR stepped in and led a comprehensive renovation that replaced every mechanical system (water, electrical, HVAC) a brought new life to the kitchen and main bathroom, added a whole new bathroom and two bedrooms, and reconfigured the staircase.

Two and a half years after the completion of our kitchen—which we still love and would not make any changes to—we had an electrical issue with a breaker for the kitchen lights. Contacted Jessica who responded immediately and arranged for the electrician who had done the original work to come within hours. Tony fixed it in minutes but he reminded me how pleasant our remodeling experience was. All of the people she uses to do the work are genuinely nice human beings and very good at what they do. We feel fortunate to have come across Jessica when we first reached out to redo our kitchen.
Jessica Bell and NOR Design & Construction did an excellent job helping with our Kitchen remodel, particularly with respect to identifying professionals to complete cabinet installation and drywall repair. Mike did an exceptional job installing cabinets within a very short timeframe as did Poncho with respect to drywall repair and texturing.
