Make an appointment people! Dont show up and expect H&R Blocks services. It's a 1 owner operation most of the time. She charges cheaper prices and very knowledgeable. If you just have simple W-2s, do it online.

She did a great job with our taxes. First time trying someone other than hrblock and it was a great experience. She walked us through all of our tax questions and helped us file appropriately with the deductions we qualified for. Highly recommended and will come back next year.
