I am extremely happy with the service I received! The locksmith came out twice late at night after work and was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive both times. I got my kitty stuck in a locked bathroom. I called and texted to get a quote and after looking at the photo of my lock, Spencer gave a suggestion on how to open it. It worked.
Although they lost a paying customer in that moment, their honesty and willingness to help gained them a life long customer if I need these services again! (Which I hope I never do ???
