I asked for a free roof inspection after a storm, and Ayman came out the same day. He was upfront, told me my roof was still in good shape, and didn’t push me into unnecessary work. That honesty means a lot.
I wanted to upgrade my home’s exterior in Frisco, and Monumental handled it all—roofing, siding, gutters, and even a new fence. Each project manager (Robert, Jim, Cindy, and Ryan) had a hand in making sure everything came together beautifully. The transformation is incredible, and neighbors keep complimenting the work. Worth every penny!
Eder and his crew were prompt, efficient and did a great job a clean-up. The crew did some extra work (cleaned off my shed roof and sprayed for moss). My house does not have overhang at the gable ends so they put metal extensions at the peak to avoid water damage at gable joint. That is the kind of attention to customer needs that sets them apart. They were also thousands less than any of the other 4 roofing estimates I received. Highly recommend you contact them.
