She is truly amazing—so knowledgeable, kind, and a total joy to be around. Step into an oasis of calm serenity. This adorable boutique spa has amazing customer care (thank you, Thu!), tea service and a waiting area you'll want to spend the day lounging in, cute little dog included.
This review is long overdue!! Life had really dragged me during my time in Seattle. I first walked into Mildred + Gertrude because it looked pretty, and then returned for my first ever facial. Chelsea was great to speak to during my first visit. On the day of my facial, she was incredibly professional and treated me with dignity even though I was coming to her with a face/skin that reflected my emotionally tumultuous inner world.
