I've been lucky enough to have had a lot of lovely massages across my life and Aubra's skills really stand out. She has been able to get my chronic fascial bundles to finally release. For a specific example, I had accepted that I was always going to have a sore and unhappy right knee - an orthopedist certainly thought so - but since working on those tight fascial bands, I have had zero knee pain for well over a year. Also, my shoulders are now the same height! She is a terrific massage therapist for really working on the underlying issues of tightness and asymmetry.

Not a fan of massages, but as I've aged I've gotten a lot more inflexible. An instructor from my palates class recommended I try it again. Just happened to pass a sign for Metamorphosis as I was leaving class. I booked an appointment and 3 massages later not only an I noticing changes (less creaky), but my instructor just commented on how much more range I had. In addition, I've been having issues with plantar fasciitis in one foot. It's been sore to touch, so I was concerned how much it would hurt to be massaged. But not only did it not hurt but felt wonderful. Three massages later and down to a slight twinge. Highly recommend Metamorphosis!
