I had the best sew-in experience with Huang (sp). The wefts are so comfortable and very, very secure. At the salon I went to in the past they would start to fall out within the week, but not at Mermaid! I'm so happy! Plus, they have very flexible scheduling.

I came in for a simple removal and smoothing treatment and wow. Everyone was SO kind and down to earth. Sometimes, Seattle salons can be uppidy (especially for higher priced services) and everyone here was so nice, accommodating, respectful and I had the best experience. I never leave reviews but felt this one was necessary! If you are on the fence about booking here - do it.

I cannot say enough about how incredible my experience was at Mermaid Hair Extensions, especially with Hung! I came in just one week before my wedding, full of anxiety after previous color disasters, and Hung was truly a miracle worker. She knew exactly what toner my hair needed to cancel out the icy, ashy tones and bring back the warmth I’d been desperately trying to achieve. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she was also so patient, reassuring, and never once made me feel rushed, even when I had a million questions and needed extra guidance.
