My first time going here I was skeptical because I was used to MY barber/stylist, so I put on my critical armor but was shocked to discover this little lady shined me up proper. She is hip to the styles and knows her business. Now, as I've been a regular of sorts, I have seen her dedication to her craft with other long time clients as I await my turn. She has a personal report with everyone who comes in and I've even seen her worry and take it quite personal when on a rare occasion, she wound up with an unhappy customer. Turns out that customer had not followed her directions for her hair care and fretted about it later. Although I assured her there are some you just can't please, it visibly still worried her and that spoke volumes to me. She has gone over and above to see my hair turns out the way I want and puts in the extra time and effort going past normal times to see it done right. She has a great knowledge base and understanding for cosmetology and a feel for people. ~Mr. Looking Better than I expected.
My daughter had her hair bleached and dyed a few times now with zero issues. It is critical that the correct shampoo is used and that hey is dry it it might bleed. The green did bleed the next day when she was sweating profusely at a school dance, but the black did not. It is all about area of expertise; my daughter and I are not hair professionals so we listen to Thao. Highly recommended.
