I've had back pain for most of my adult life. Since the first session, I've learned a lot more about how my body works. I feel like I got an education for how to maintain a more healthy core structure and balance. The care has been specific and the team has been kind and invested in my well being. I feel more knowledgable, and have a lot more tools at my disposal to not only relieve pain, but build better habits in my everyday life.
