I have seen Renee about 5 or 6 times now at lavida and he makes me so comfortable from the start. I didn't like massages much before because I'm weird about people touching me. He has been so wonderful, every time. communicates well about pressure and makes sure you're feeling good the entire process. I also love that he teaches me things too while he massages! we've talked about clean eating, regular massage, self massage, and more! thank you so much renee!
What a Fantastic team. I have been a member here for over a decade. I followed my massage therapist, (who is now too difficult to book an appointment with, so she shall remain nameless) to Lavida from her previous employer. The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and concerned about great experiences. I have seldom cheated on my fave, but in the few circumstances that I found the need, the therapists that I met with all did a fantastic job.
