Anne Hughes is my first ever lash artist. I've been hooked ever since I started seeing her in July 2023! I was blown away by her technical knowledge and craft during my first appointment: Anne walked me through the process and explained in great detail what she was doing at every step. After the appointment, she texted me maintenance tips and recommended a lash shampoo and fan. I’m giving 3 stars because my lash tech was very kind and the space was well decorated and clean. I would leave 1 star about the lack of communication of the salon’s abilities to perform services that are advertised and available for booking. I booked for a full-set of Volume lashes 1 month in advance of my vacation & was informed on the day of my appointment that they are typically a “Classic Lash only” salon that uses pre-made lash fans, not handmade & that they would not be able to achieve the volume set look I had booked for.
