Thank you Blake and Jasmine at the Seattle location. I had my elderly mom come with me and Blake was so welcoming and offered her an extra blanket and chair while I got my laser facial. Jasmine was a complete joy and expert while doing my laser facial. Very caring honest staff. Love you all

very kind nurses, great deals and price. front desk is very helpful as well. only thing is getting appointments when you want is difficult especially last minute due to being so busy sometimes

I showed up crazy early, because I was nervous (see: spent the whole night previous reading success and horror stories about laser hair removal). Not only was the staff friendly, but they were able to get me in early! The removal took like 2 seconds, my nurse was friendly and a wonderful distraction. My pain tolerance is pretty high, but she offered me a squeeze ball just in case I needed it while she worked on some pinchy areas and I loved that gesture. They get 10/10 alone for having friends playing in the background but overall I felt at ease, I feel no discomfort, and I was in and out in two seconds.
