Good massage, sub-par customer service.

Tim gave good massages but treated me pretty curtly when I asked him for more pressure, and balked when I told him I didn’t know if I hit my deductible on a new Kaiser plan.

Loretta was friendly at times, but did not deliver great experiences other times. They forgot about my appointment and had a garage sale during my visit. She saw their dog nip my leg on the way out and she didn’t say anything.

I’ll probably try somewhere else in the future.

I am about to move to another state. One of the things I will miss about Seattle is Lanz and their great staff. Tim and Craig are both amazing. Long-time professionals with a ton of exp. And the owner Loretta is so nice and accomodating. Thank you for all the amazing massages! I am eternally grateful.

I truly love this place. Ms. Loretta is the sweetest! I've been coming to get massage therapy here for years now, and it's still the best! Tim is awesome! He will get you feeling better after every massage therapy session. I highly recommend it!
