They are excellent. One thing I prefer is that Gizmo can see me while his nails are done. It makes him less anxious. Unfortunately they aren't always available, which makes it hard to call 'our' groomer.Really really good. Much better if you have a pet that needs a lot of care. Nails aren't enough to always be seen.
She hates the process, but loves the results. Great groomers and always nice. asked for a mohawk/punk look and we got it! They can get booked out pretty far in advance so plan accordingly!
I have been taking my senior dog to Kristi's for a couple of years now. The cut has been exactly what I asked for each time. But even more important, my elderly dog is amazingly taken care of by Luca and the rest of the staff. Luca is so patient and gentle with him. And he comes out feeling a little more spry with his new cut. From scheduling to the end result, I've had great experiences at Kristi's.
