Robert was responsive and found a way to fix our issue in the most cost optimal and expedient way. We had an outage with a shared electricity control box that involved coordination with multiple owners and SCL. Robert was able to navigate through all of that on top of fixing it within the communicated time. I had another minor issue that his team was able to fix swiftly. He will be my go to person going forward!
Early in the morning of Saturday November 11th a tree fell across our front yard and completely tore the meter and whole electrical connection assembly away from our house. I tried contacting a number of electricians in the Seattle area but because it was a Saturday and a holiday, Veterans' Day, no-one was available, except Robert at Konsker Electric. Not only did he return my call but he arranged to meet with my wife and me at 8:00pm that Saturday night. He advised us as to what needed to be done, gave us a price and promised to have someone at our home first thing on Monday morning. Within a few days we were back up and running with power. I had a partial outage after the snow storm on Nov 30, 2022. I hired two electricians from Beacon plumbing to check on the issue because I want it to be resolved ASAP. They came in pretty quickly, and after half an hour of diagnosis they said the issue is not in the house, it is on Seattle city light’s side and it is probably the transformer. They told me they can’t do anything about it and left. I got charged $511 (I used a $50 coupon so I actually paid $461).I thought that was fine, at least I know who to call. But then the city light crew came on Dec 2nd, and checked on everything and they told me the issue is inside of the house.At this point I wouldn’t trust...read full review
