Fae is incredibly thorough and spends time figuring out what you need out of your therapy, they give very communicative and comprehensive care, without rushing. I’d recommend knotted release to anyone whether it’s for simple relaxation or muscle tension release. The location is easy to get to, and parking is free. 2SLGBTQIA BIPOC friendly. Friendly for those with scent sensitivity’s and allergies, they are incredibly accommodating, and the best part is, they’re independent and local.

I showed up with a pain in the muscles near my spine, and told Fae so. She started by working on my leg, which I was initially confused by, until 10 min later she asked how my back was feeling and it was already improved substantially before she ever touched my back. She gets the connections in your body and works to help you move and use your body better.Don't be thrown by the location, the service is well worth it.

This was an awesome experience! I've never gotten a massage prior to this but it was worth it :) I showed up with lots of neck and shoulder pain and 90% of it was gone by the time Fae was done!!
