urgent care was great. in and out 1 hour at 11am on a Thursday.... cut my finger bad, tip gone from index finger. great care, painless as much as possible. took care of boo boo. done. sent home with extra goodies for my finger, gauss, anti coagulant strips..all is good. thanks gang

I brought my daughter here for belly pain and after getting into a room and seeing the PA, (which was pretty quick) we've been here 5 hours. Had x-rays but have been waiting for a very long time for someone to check on her. They weren't able to do blood draw right away because she was dehydrated. They tried twice and then I had to ask 2 hours later if someone was going to try again. The nurse ( Athena) was awesome as this was a difficult draw. But after sitting here for another hour without anyone checking In to let us know what was going on, I asked a different nurse and was rudely reminded this is an ER and things take time as they are waiting for test results. I went to the lab and the process was quick and efficient. While I briefly waited someone announced flu shots were available down the hall. After the lab, I went and received my flu shot within two minutes. I went up to the pharmacy and again encountered friendly, knowledgeable, and quick employees.
