Mark Johnson and Michael Sprangers represented me in a legal malpractice lawsuit. The attorney my husband and I had hired to help us with our wills and estate planning had, unbeknownst to us prior to my husband’s passing, created a real disaster. This resulted in a lawsuit between family members and was the absolute worst-case scenario I or anyone else wanted to go through, especially while dealing with my husband’s passing. When my husband was seriously injured on private property, we thought that the owner’s insurance company would work with us to fairly handle the injuries.
