The old blinds on our two bedroom windows had served us well but when we got new windows, we needed to get new blinds too. While at Costco I saw the Graber blinds display and was very impressed so signed up to have Jet City Blinds come out and give me a quote. The man who came out with the samples and gave me a quote was punctual and friendly, as well as the installer a few weeks later. We're very happy with Jet City Blinds personnel and their product.

Buying my blinds thru Costco & Jet City was so easy & stressless. The rep (Lisa) came to our house with so many samples to show us. She was patient & easy to work with. She even came twice because we changed our minds & selections. We really appreciated her help & suggestions. Also liked the Costco rebate. We really like the up down, down up blinds we chose. Installer was a great guy too. Very pleased with it all.
