Raman and other customer service workers do a good job. It came as a surprise to discover that all the members in the team were polite and respectful. For instance, despite the fact they worked in extremely hot conditions on top of that roof, there wasn’t any single complaint from them and they also did a splendid job at the same time; the cleaning was thorough as well as good.
