These guys are legit. Honestly, they are pretty hard to beat for the price. Even if you paid more, there is no guarantee the results would be better. We got another bid from a highly rated vendor and it was 70% higher. I'm not kidding. Communication was more difficult than expected due to language barriers. The staff was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We only rated them a 4 for a few reasons. While they say they are happy to fix any problems, it's clear that they felt like we were nit picking. We found a couple of hairs in the finish, which isn't surprising. However, they removed them without buffing the finish so the outline is still there. There are areas where we can see swirls in the finish. They also waited only 30-minutes between the first and second coat.
Quang and his team did an absolutely amazing job, refinishing the floors of our entire house. The work was very quick and actually affordable. We had some rough patches with missing wood and really old/worn out places that now look brand new. I was honestly blown away by how good it looked afterwards. I tried to finish myself initially, so I know how hard it is to get it to that final state. Highly highly recommend their services
Excellent company if you want the job done correctly,Henry is very passionate and professional about putting in new floors, henry takes no shortcuts in his work and takes great pride in his work.
