If you're looking for the very best, you found it! I really struggled before, incredibly grateful for a real solution with a lasting treatment effect. I'm so lucky to have found Trevor and Hennings Structural Medicine. Life changing! 100/100!

I have been looking for someone who specializes in deep tissue and facia work since I moved to Seattle five years ago. I am super picky and can happily say Trevor is a gem. He is amazingly gifted at body work and also a deep well of knowledge. I've already learned a lot from our sessions and have seen improvements. Trevor has enabled me to move forward in Physical Therapy where my body had previously been blocking me. He is a crucial part of my whole body care team.

Trevor was hugely helpful in my journey to bounce back from an ACL replacement. I wish I had found him years earlier because my leg didn’t work correctly after I had surgery despite years of PT. It didn’t move the way it should and my knee hurt most of the time. My leg mobility and function improved significantly after working with Trevor for about six weeks. I feel like I got my body back. Highly recommend!
