I dropped clothing off at the Warren street location so I could talk to a person. She was very helpful. I will be more comfortable using their fully automated process in the future. It is an impressive operation and the cleaning job was perfect.
I love the new set up and I really like that it’s 24 hours. With my work schedule, I wasn’t able to pick up or drop off outside of Monday or Saturday, and they used to close early or not even be opened some Saturdays. Now I can pop in whenever. The touch screen is easy and the lockers that you put your items in feel secure. They had someone on staff today through 3pm to help customers if needed with the transition. If you’re part of their text system they offer monthly or even weekly deals. This week was $25 cleaning of comforters, so I took mine. Easier to pick up than imagined! Pretty cool set up. Other customers came Into the space as I was getting my dry cleaning (a comforter from a locker that popped open and then clothes from the upright press—) and we all agreed this felt uber futuristic and efficient.
