Having gotten haircuts at several Asian salons in Seattle, I honestly think this place did the best Korean layered cut I’ve ever had! The hairstylist washed my hair so gently and gave me such a beautiful cut. The attention to detail was incredible. He matched my hair to the reference photo but also made sure it fits my face shape! He even used a translation app to communicate with me and made adjustments based on what I asked for. After the haircut, the staff also gave me tips on how to style my hair and let me know I could reach out to customer service anytime if I had questions. The price is reasonable too. Straight up 5 stars for HB SALON—this spot totally blew my expectations out of the water! Got my hair bleached here today and it was a great experience! Amazing and knowledgeable staff who puts their customers first and listens to what they want by putting their opinions first so that the result is what is exactly what is expected. 5 star service and hospitality!
