tldr; Heidi was amazing and i don’t say that lightly!

i’ve been cutting my own hair (relatively well) for over a decade. i am constantly going from medium length to a bob and i had some cuts where i walked out going, “this isn’t really what i wanted this to look like.” situations where the stylist cut my hair to the picture i showed and not the actual texture/style/thickness of my hair. i figured why pay money if the risk of me hating it is as high at a studio as it is at home, which would at least be free.
