A few years ago we had a complete redesign of our yard and upon telling them we had a section that didn’t drain very well, Greenbank installed a drainage system. As you can see from the photos it just makes it so that no matter how much we water this happens. My husband tried calling the owner to ask him to come back and take a look but no response. This is just one of the things that was upsetting. The customer service is awful and we have given up. Now we get to live with this until we pay another company to fix it.
