The Now Stores is an amazing nail salon! The manicurist Monica is my favorite. She is professional, efficient and talented. The owner Kelly is professional, sweet and super accommodating, the shop is very clean and welcoming! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and always receive compliments on my nails. This is my go-to salon for manicures.

This is my go-to salon for manicures.
I enjoyed the gel application, but the removal process was dissappointing. The technician did not follow the standard gel removal process and instead only used a drill to remove the top layer. Because of which my nails now have dents in them. Even after telling her I wasn’t happy, she didn’t do much about it and charged me extra for the entire process.
Also, communicating what you want can be really challenging here as she is not comfortable with English.
