Yesterday my son and I were treated by a hairdresser who treated us very aggressively because we did not understand what he was asking us. That is why, when it was time to cut our hair, we did not want him to attend to us and we went with his partner, we had a very bad time due to his aggressive attitude. The young woman who assisted us on the other hand was very kind and had a lot of patience with me and my son, and she also gave us a very good haircut ☺️

I don’t remember the lady who did my hair but she sounded super rude! I showed her a picture and asked her that’s how much hair i want to have on my head and she replied back in a harsh tone saying “i cannot judge the level of hair by looking at a picture! Pls tell me the number otherwise i cannot help you today”. Like… what kind of hair stylist are you ma’am!? Also when i got back home i realized my haircut was totally uneven with lots of hair left on the back of my head… it felt like it was almost untouched! Never had a good experience with great clips!!

The ability to check in online is great. I live in the building above this location. I can see when they aren’t busy, make an appointment and come right in. I really like that they store previous visits so I get the same cut regardless of which stylist I see.
