I was a walk in, and they got me in quickly. Great stylist, who was attentive and impressively quick. He cut my hair exactly how I asked and for 1/2 the price of the local high end shops. Capitol Hill needs more affordable businesses like this. Thank you, Great Clips!
Matthew was very polite while giving me a bad haircut. He matched the overall look well enough to an image I showed but with too many flaws/ irregularities. Everything felt rushed to 10 minutes. Especially after another customer walked in. He said it was his treat and did not let me pay despite that I insisted. Sorry Matthew! I feel bad about not paying and not appreciating your effort. But I ended up going to another place for 20% of a haircut, paying that money anyway and also costing me time. Black lady was rude. I did not get her name either. Just rude.Service: Haircut
For many years, I have been self conscious about my hair and the way my hairline grows. I had gone here once before and it was an good cut, but personally I didn't have what felt like my own hairstyle. I came in yesterday after growing out my hair for several months frustrated with they way my hair had been looking. Jack worked with me on creating a brand new style that has boosted my confidence and helped me let go of this insecurity that I have been holding on for many years. I now feel more like me. Definitely would recommend!
