Matthew was very polite while giving me a bad haircut. He matched the overall look well enough to an image I showed but with too many flaws/ irregularities. Everything felt rushed to 10 minutes. Especially after another customer walked in. He said it was his treat and did not let me pay despite that I insisted. Sorry Matthew! I feel bad about not paying and not appreciating your effort. But I ended up going to another place for 20% of a haircut, paying that money anyway and also costing me time. Black lady was rude. I did not get her name either. Just rude.Service: Haircut

For many years, I have been self conscious about my hair and the way my hairline grows. I had gone here once before and it was an good cut, but personally I didn't have what felt like my own hairstyle. I came in yesterday after growing out my hair for several months frustrated with they way my hair had been looking. Jack worked with me on creating a brand new style that has boosted my confidence and helped me let go of this insecurity that I have been holding on for many years. I now feel more like me. Definitely would recommend!

Had a great experience here. Checked in via the app when I left work and was first in line when I arrived. They were ready for me and I had no wait time between arrival and getting a haircut.Spain was my stylist and she was great! Very friendly, good conversation, and she did a great job with my hair. The most important part was that my wife was happy with how my hair looked when I got home!I definitely plan on going back to this location when I need a haircut next.
